Multiply Cleaning Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

Multiply Cleaning Services, LLC agrees to provide commercial cleaning services as outlined in each client’s service agreement, proposal, or invoice. Services may include, but are not limited to:
Office cleaning, Janitorial services, Floor care and maintenance, Restroom sanitation, Trash removal
All services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
Specific details including scope of work, frequency, and pricing will be defined in a separate agreement, quote, or service plan. Any services not listed in the agreement are considered additional and may incur extra charges.
The Client agrees to:
Provide access to the premises at scheduled times, Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available, Secure valuables and sensitive items, Notify us of any hazards or special conditions. We are not responsible for damages caused by unsafe or undisclosed conditions.
Scheduling & Access
Cleaning will be performed according to the agreed schedule. If access is not provided, a missed appointment fee may apply. We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
Payment is due within 15 days of invoice unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a $15.00 late fee. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Cancellations & Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee. Long-term contracts may include early termination penalties.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service: You must notify us within 24–48 hours We will return to correct the issue at no additional charge
Liability & Damages
We are insured and bonded. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours. We are not liable for: Pre-existing damage Normal wear and tear, and improperly installed fixtures
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Insurance
Multiply Cleaning Services maintains appropriate general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Health & Safety
We follow applicable safety standards and may use commercial-grade cleaning products. Clients should inform us of: Allergies, Chemical sensitivities, and Restricted areas.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any business or personal information observed during service will not be disclosed.
Independent Contractor Status
Multiply Cleaning Services operates as an independent contractor, not an employee of the Client.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on multiplycs.com or multiplycleaningservice.com.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
